All prices are net in American dollars (unless otherwise stated) and
subject to change; shipping & handling charges are extra.
Items will be sent by the appropriate method in relation to value; insurance costs will be charged to the client. We reserve the right to refuse a sale when no traceable and/or insured method of shipping is available.
Canadian residents are subject to an additional 5% GST, & Ontario residents are subject to an additional 8% PST on paintings, maps and prints.
All works are unconditionally guaranteed to be authentic and as described.
All items are returnable within 72 hours of receipt if found not to
be as described (please give prior notification by phone, fax, mail,
or email); safe return shipment is the client's responsibility.
New customers are requested to remit payment upon receipt of a pro-forma
invoice or to supply suitable trade references.
Usual terms are extended to libraries and art galleries.
D & E Lake Ltd. retains title to all goods until full payment has
been received.
