Terms

• All prices are net in American dollars (unless otherwise stated) and subject to change; shipping & handling charges are extra.
• Items will be sent by the appropriate method in relation to value; insurance costs will be charged to the client. We reserve the right to refuse a sale when no traceable and/or insured method of shipping is available.
• Canadian residents are subject to an additional 7% GST, & Ontario residents are subject to an additional 8% PST on paintings, maps and prints.
• All works are unconditionally guaranteed to be authentic and as described.
• All items are returnable within 72 hours of receipt if found not to be as described (please give prior notification by phone, fax, mail, or email); safe return shipment is the client's responsibility.
• New customers are requested to remit payment upon receipt of a pro-forma invoice or to supply suitable trade references.
• Usual terms are extended to libraries and art galleries.
• D & E Lake Ltd. retains title to all goods until full payment has been received.
• VISA and MASTERCARD accepted.
