10 ½ x 4 ¾ x 4 inches. cast bronze sculpture. dark brown patination. [c1912].  

 


Two casts of this work were made by the Roman Bronze Works (Foundry) of Flushing, New York. One example is in the collection of the Agnes Etherington Art Centre Gallery, Kingston. A further example, done in plaster (along with its female counterpart), was exhibited at The Art Gallery of Ontario in 1987.
